The workshop took place over two days with participants from dance and somatic practices, healthcare, and digital design. This allowed for a range of perspectives which fed into discussions and practice sessions which explored how somatic movement might support chronic pain management.
This workshop was designed to introduce what somatic practices are, as well as providing a useful starting point for those in different disciplines to be able to talk to one another using a common language.
We asked for feedback via informal conversations, email as well as anonymous questionnaires to inform future directions.
