The first event of its kind in the UK, Nursing Live 2023 with the Royal College of Nursing, brought thousands of nurses together to enjoy a packed two days of high quality professional development, peer-to-peer collaboration, interactive activities, and much more in Liverpool.
We were invited by Nursing Live to share a practice video to support the self-care of nurses. The practice video created by Eugenia Kim, David Leung and Chester Siu was selected – a 5 minute, chair-based movement practice. It was played on a loop from 11-12 November 2023 in the ‘self-care theatre’.
Featuring over 100 presentations, demonstrations and masterclasses – together with special zones focused on the very latest clinical and technological advances in all aspects of healthcare – Nursing Live supports CPD progression, develops skills, and informs practice. The event gave nurses access to a wide range of self-care guidance and lifestyle resources designed specifically for them.
