We want to share some new resources developed over the last few months:
Eline Kieft of Wild Soul Centre is a dancer and researcher with lived experience of chronic pain, and she has a free 30 minute movement session to share.
2/ Listen
Greta Gauhe of Follow Through Collective is a PhD candidate and dance artist. She has collaborated with yoga teacher Ruth Barber who has been living with facial pain, to create a 15-minute audio recording to explore touch.

3/ Learn
Eugenia S. Kim, a dance researcher with lived experience of chronic pain, shares a 15 minute presentation on her journey with ‘developing a personal somatic practice for daily stability’ (presented at Elevate Slow Conference: New Research in Accessible and Inclusive Practice).
Let us know if these resources are useful or if you’d like to see anything else in coming months. We’d love to know what the network means to you.
