We’re pleased to have partnered with Hope 4 the Community CIC for our Movement Snack on 19 January 2026 2-2.30pm.
It was part of an array of online sessions for ‘Hope Monday’, to give everyone a January boost.
The sessions included mindfulness, yoga and lots more!

Feedback from the Hope Monday Chat
- This was so good! Really relaxing but I’m benefitting from the little movements. I’m disabled and have to sit for all the exercises but I can do it! Thank you. ❤️
- Thank you for nice feelings.
- Thanks Eline and Emma. I do Qigong in my retirement village, so I recognised some of Eline’s movements.
- When my body gives me so much pain this feels like a beautiful way to nurture it. Thank you!
- My POTS/ME means i can’t move much but listening and doing tiny versions of just a few does feel good
- Loved the movement session – the shimmy shaking was just what I needed! Such a fun and energising way to get the body moving. Thanks for the smiles and stretches!
